The pudendal nerve does not innervate the lower abdomen, I am pretty sure it is the iliohypogastric nerve if there is suprapubic pain.

I felt like telling the doctor that if she didn't prescribe higher than 450 mg, she was leaving her patients in pain. I don't think she has ever dealt with PN or PNE.

I haven't heard of valium causing constipation. Doctors routiney prescribe 10 mg three times daily. What dose are you on?
