Re: Male: How do You manage Pain and Constant Tingling/Burni
As Part of a multidisciplinary approach to pain management take a look at cognitive behavioural and mindfulness treatments as well as acceptance. They can help. I wouldn't even begin to think of this as a long term problem at this stage, you have a few treatments to try, start with medication and P...

Re: Any tests for loss of Urination Abiltiy?
I feel your pain man. I will not give up on this condition. after taking antibiotics for years thinking it was prostatitis, the cause of this problem. I drive for a living so it doesnt help much. But i think that our issue has to do with, not only pudendal nerve, but with the muscles surrounding th...

Re: Male: how Important are Erections. ?
I can somehow relate to your conditions. The amount of spontaneos erections is diminished, although sometimes I have them during the night. I also avoid sex pretty much, because of terrible flare-up of the pain afterwards. Agree that at least some amount of erections is healthy in order not to fost...

Re: Any tests for loss of Urination Abiltiy?
Could the nerve in the bladder be damage or blocked? Can that be a reason for not having the sensation to urinate? Yeah i dont know either. But from my internet research, the sacral nerves are the ones that send the message to the brain that you need to urinate. But those nerves are deep inside, so...

Male: how Important are Erections. ?
This is in regards to Erections. Whatever nerve damage i got.. I am not getting any erections. no spontaneuous ones and rearely morning/night ones. I was reading somewhere that when men go long with no erections, they get no oxygen rich new blood so that causes damage or something( i forgot whata it...

Re: Will Sexual And Urinary problems cause Serious Deadly?
I have posted a lot of information about what options men have and did ask you to have a look at the topics because they will give you hope and a means to move forward. While you panic and grieve you will not be able to see the wood from the trees so to speak. So I will say take things one moment a...

Re: Male question: What happens to Sexual Life After PN?
What matters is love. I wouldn't care if I didn't have erections( well i would, but i would get used to it)
But what i'm saying is..Ok no erections whatever..but at least I want to be in peace and painfree so i can have a good relationship and love.

Re: New here. Male issues: Suffering from Pain and Tingling
Problem is, that sometimes there is not a clear border-line between non-bacterial prostatitis/CPPS and PN. You might have chronic pelvic pain/prostatitis and irritated pudendal nerve (without entrapment of nerve). Pudendal nerve (or at least some its parts) are often irritated by prostatitis, but t...
