Hi All,
I have pretty much exhausted every treatment option and am looking into neuroscience for personal study and maybe some answers to why I still have so much pain. Has anyone here found any PN applicable info to ponder with neuroplasticity etc?

I tried Pluscaine anesthetic gel yesterday and it has given me a major flare, been crying a lot, fever and major pins and needles pain when I woke up.
The Pluscaine was too strong.
Violet, I took on your advice and the ice is helping, I don't use it enough, Thanks

He said maybe about 6 weeks off work.
