Is it possible please to change your user name?
Someone has picked up on my 'name' and is using it on a forum that i used to belong to.
I have looked at my profile etc in control panel and cannot see how to change it.
Thanks

Re: Nortriptyline - Greeneyes ?
Thank you for your reply Dave. The nortriptyline does seem to be taking effect - it seems to thud the nerves. I also have some gabapentin to use in combination and have now added that back in and will take it up to 900mg per day which i have been told is the first effective level. Now need to give e...

Re: What can I expect from first appointment with specialist
Hi Clare i also have the feeling of something in the right side of my vagina - it is not nice is it and i wish it would go away. I went to see Dr Greenslade privately last May at the Nuffield in Clifton Bristol - he charged £250 - I asked my GP to refer me as i felt that i had a nerve problem. Dr Gr...

Re: Newbie- Trust docs?
Thank you for your reply Greeneyes - i do appreciate it. I did start a post in pain management yesterday to ask you the question - and others - sorry. I am a similar age to you and have a similar problem in my right vulva. I found that 50mg amitriptyline gave me a very dry mouth - i chew gum a lot n...

Nortriptyline - Greeneyes ?
Hi A question for Greeneyes if she doesn't mind - or anyone else. I have recently started on Nortriptyline (after using amitriptyline) for vulva pain and in the last few days increased the dose to 20mg. Will this increased dose take a while to take effect ? and have you found that it works ? Greeney...

Re: Newbie- Trust docs?
Hi VAgirl My nerve problems are in the vulva too. I had been taking amitriptyline but this has now been changed to Nortriptyline which has less side effects - i have also tried gabapentin. I have also bought a Tens machine and a physio has advised me as to where best to put the electrode pads and th...

Re: Not sure if it is actually PN - HELP!
Hi Dragonsong I am in the UK and saw Dr Greenslade (from the list of Drs on here) privately this year - he is at the Nuffield in Clifton, Bristol or at Frenchay Hospital NHS . He charges £250 for an initial consultation. He is a lovely man and may be able to help you. I typed a letter and took it to...

Re: Vulva nerve damage/irritation
Hi Violet
It is good to read that you are better - also that you still post on this forum - often when someone is better they no longer post.
As you say my own circumstances come into play here.
Thank you

Re: Vulva nerve damage/irritation
Thank you for your kind welcome Carolynm. Hi again Helen Sorry to read that you are having trouble with your GP regarding referral. I am going to go to my GP after Easter and see if she will refer me to a nerve specialist or preferably Dr Greenslade. Noone as yet has replied that this nerve can heal...
