Re: Walking

Jackie, Just logged on to see if there were any new forum imputs. I too have Pudendal Neuropathy, I get what you mean about the walking, I am two and a half years into it now and more than a year ago, I started experimenting with the friction thing. I wouldn't go anywhere now, without the Vasselline...

Re: Incidence of one in ostomy patients.

Hi Anne, Thanks for the reply, I'm not sure that mine has anything to do with my ileostomy formation or indeed the hernia op I had last Feb., 11. I was great for such a long time, ie. 12 years that it doesn't seem possible that it is related. If mine is proved to be Sacral Iliac Joint related, ie. d...

Re: An amitriptyline cream is in the market, benefiting me

Hi Garth, I have had PN now for just over 2 years. In a bad flare at the moment, bed and more bed. I read with interest that your pain is in the region of the sphincter muscle, so is mine as well as perineal, it feels anal, but I don't have an anus. I had bowel cancer in 1999 and had it all removed ...

Re: swimming

I have PN diagnosed late 2009, so more than 2 years in now, I find swimming good, but not too much kicking and breatstroke is a no no for legs. I can only swim laps when I'm not in a flare up phase though and I find if I try to do it 3 days in a row, that is too mch for me. What I try and do is to s...

Re: TRAVEL PAINS

Want to do long haul flight from Australia to London, ie. when I get better !! Am seeing a great physio here and am having mobilisations of...
