Re: Car Cushion
I just use two gardener's foam kneeling pads for any type of car or chair. They are cheap, can be found at any general store, and they allow you to adjust the width of the channel in the middle to suit any situation.

Is it worth time, expense, & wait to have Potter MRI?
I live in WA State near Seattle. They have a 3T machine available for me to use. Is it worth the time, expense, and wait to fly to NY to have a Potter MRI done?

Re: Hollis Potter Now Giving Great MRI Protocol In Other Sta
Thanks Janet. I'll have my radiologist call her office and see if we can work something out. Fingers crossed, because it would be a lot easier than traveling to NY from WA State and the long wait too. That said, do you all think it would be worth waiting if I am not able to have my radiologist use P...

Can I get a Potter-style MRI is the Seattle area?
My doctor has ordered an MRI of my pelvic region due to PNE symptoms. Is it possible to get an MRI is the style and effect of Hollis Potter in the Seattle area. I know that UW has a 3T machine, while VA Mason only has 1.5T. I have also read that her protocol and software is available in other locati...

Re: Hollis Potter Now Giving Great MRI Protocol In Other Sta
My doctor has just referred me to get an MRI is Seattle. How do I hookup with the radiologist to use Potter's software and protocol?
The facility she wants to refer me to only has 1.5T machines, though there are other available facilities using 3T. Should I ask he to send me to one that uses 3T?

Re: Seattle area doctors / treatment options?
Thanks for the reply Janet. I think it may be beneficial for me to see a PT that specializes in pudendal issues. My PT is more of a sports-based PT, though he is very good at what he does. He fixed my knee after surgery in 2007 and did a wonderful job. The biggest question I have is, "How do yo...

Seattle area doctors / treatment options?
I am relatively new to PNE, having been about 6 weeks since it came on from cycling. I live about 1.5 hours outside of Seattle. The doctors in my immediate area have no experience with PNE and do not know what to do with me. Has anyone here had any experience with any good doctors or treatment optio...
