Re: migraine

Hi Hermajesty, how are you doing these days? We corresponded well over a year ago, as I was trying to wrap my brain around these little Tarlov cysts appearing on my MRI. Just as I was seriously preparing to go to Dr. Kirk Andrew. Dr. Andrew acknowledged the TC and said he would rather not treat me a...

Re: Pfcn or pn diagnosis?

Thank you, Violet. You are very nice for responding, and I will forward her your advice. It is all just so confusing, the diagnostics. Seems each doctor has their own way, so when seeing many doctors its just overwhelming considering all of the differing opinions. This has just got to improve, but u...

History is no trauma, just lots of running, hills, 6 mi. A day. Sitting during 2 hr a day commute. Vestibul...

Re: Recommendations?

Thank you, Janet and Rosemary. Not rushing too too fast, but don't want to keep wasting time on therapies not effective. I agree with many others that surgery hasn't been the quick fix, or miracle cure, but once you are at the point I'm at you might entertain the thought. Looking forward to talking ...

Recommendations?

I am pretty sure surgery is it. 2-3 years in pt is enough! Plus injections, perineal branch dissection surgery (failed), massage, counseling ( my god, you cannot think this away!!!). Anyway, my problem is from a vaginal childbirth. Numb for a few months maybe, then came feeling back and pain. I have...

Re: Hernia

Whom would one see about finding a hernia? I was told that oh no you couldn't have one because we would see it ( on the outside). I am just trying to rule this out, but GP said to go to general surgeon, and her office said oh no they don't deal with anything vaginal or internal or pelvic?? They had ...

Re: Childbirth

I am at my wits end with the pain, and trying the best I can to come up with all possible reasons for pn or pne post childbirth, hoping you all can help. Is it really so varied. I too had a quick birth. 8 cm fibroid left side. Numbness in labia, vulva, perineum, (left side only), until numbness star...

Anyone have surgery with Dr. Gordon? He is in Baltimore, MD (USA), with Sinai Hospital. He is a neurosurgeon, and urologist, center for pelvic neuroscience. I have had surgery with Marvel, it failed. Am seeing Dr. Gordon soon, so ny feedback would be wonderful. I am so hopeful. Thanks all!! Love ya!

Pt- has anyone gotten worse, or new symptoms afterward

Hi, i am considering traveling to a well respected pt, with my local pt along, to try and see if we can get pt to make a difference. I am concerned that I may end up with new pain, or a serious flare that may not resolve. You can look at my history, I have tried pt for a long time, but had the perin...
