Re: ins. changed
You can always call your medical insurance company and ask to file an appeal. To do this, find the phone number on the back of your insurance ID card. Then, give it a call. The operator will be able to direct you to the appropriate department and they'll be able to give you exact instructions. Good ...

Re: Aetna Won't, Will Medicare?

Candice Marie, I am so sorry to hear about your situation. It's heartbreaking that you have endured such extreme pain for so long. It's disappointing that it has effected you romantically. I think the important thing is to control what you can and make peace with what you can't. Right now, the bigge...

Re: Is laughter the best medicine ?
Laughter is definitely cheaper and you don't have the cost or side effects of pharmaceuticals. I sometimes wish I was a funnier person so that I could make myself laugh more often. I just surround myself with funny friends. They always make me laugh and I love them for it. And, of course, buying the...

Re: Questions about stretching
You've been caught using a doorknob?! Oh, that's funny. I've often wanted to try it, but I've been too scared that someone would walk in on me. I just keep a tennis ball in my purse. Your story just might give me the courage to try a doorknob!
