Just an update. Hopefully it helps some folks. I am 4 months out of Left Sided Transgluteal surgery. Symptoms were much worse after surgery up until about two weeks ago. Not tried bupropion, nor have I heard of anyone who has - but I can see why your doctor thinks it might help.
