I am sorry that you are still in pain. Did the surgery help your numbness or erection problems though?

I was on Lyrica at 225mg a day and I got similar side effects. They did calm down over time. Your taking a drug that systemically impacts your nervous system and works on calming down nerves that are over excited, think Fibromyalgia, which is what Lyrica was invented to treat. The reason he does not do the surgery bilaterally is so that the patient will not be rendered permanently incontinent. If he only messes up one side you will still retain urinary and bowel function.
