Re: New and completely, utterly, scared :(

Hey Anya, as hellen said, get your pelvic floor assessed. A overly tight pelvic floor can cause pudendal nerve issues and if that is the issue than its much more affordable to treat. Let me know about that. Depending on your location you could find a physical therapist who specializes in pelvic floo...

Re: Penis injury!

I got these stretches from the book, A Headache in the Pelvis and also added some myself. I did refer to my PT about the stretches and she said that they would all help my situation. My session would start with laying on heat pads as well as resting some on my abdomen for about 10 min. Next the PT a...

Stretching and Trigger Point Release Therapy (Lifesaver)

In this post I will likely explain why you are suffering and how to reverse the suffering and go back to a normal, pain-free life. Re: Penis injury!

Alright so for the stretches you'll want to do them throughout the day, I'd say take 20 min 3 times a day to do them. Morning, Afternoon, and before Bed. As for the trigger point therapy, once a day is fine. Stretches: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XjwTE2on6oE http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2CA23eY...

Re: Penis injury!

It takes some pretty serious trauma to cause a pudendal entrapment, however I don't doubt that there are some out there who have PNE. Mostly everything I've read on these forums all link back to chronic symptoms due to pelvic floor dysfunction, I mean it all makes perfect sense. I'm only here to try...

Re: Penis injury!

Once again, I benefited from Chiro a lot but now it doesn't seem to help. I tried physio for about 2.5 months with very limited improvement. The thing is whenever she tried internal manipulation i would get more pain and burning on the tip of my penis. I'll prob try it once again... so lets see... ...

Re: Penis injury!

Do yourself a favor, before you start spending all kinds of money on expensive MRIs and injections try just constantly relaxing your glutes an pelvic floor for at least a month, if you really stick to it you will see improvement within that time. Your exactly right btw, you likely substained an inju...
