Instead of sitting at work, I'd suggest you try a kneeling chair, there is one listed on trademe at the moment local pickup christchurch at $1 reserve, currently $1.50 bid, worth a try.

See Dr Michael East, Oxford Clinic in Christchurch.
He's the only NZ doc who knows about PN, I've seen him twice.
Very efficient in pelvic exam , knows the course of Pudendal nerve, and has done the Botox procedure for it.
He says he has trained under Theirry Vancaillie in Sydney.

thank you so much Karyn thats Exactly what happens to me!!! I too was told I needed A hysterectomy, after they went in and took out a few small ovarian cysts which they said was the problem. But then said I had Adenomyosis, and inserted a mirena which they said would calm things, which it didnt. So ...
