Re: Dr. Tibet's & Dr. Hal Martins Laparoscopic PNE Surgery I
Dr. Howard in Rochester, NY does a laparoscopic pudendal decompression surgery but he can't visualize the whole nerve and has limited access by his approach. Not sure how many he has done over the last couple of years but I know a couple of his patients were cured. Nyt, How are you doing after the ...

He told me, that it is difficult to decompress the alcock's canal by the laparoscopic approach, but not impo...

Re: Trying to live my life despite of PN
Michaela, I know of a person who is currently pregnant and has PN. She writes occasionally on the boards, I will send you her name in a personal message as I can't remember whether she has announced here or on FB. I have also read of women who have had successful pregnancies after PN decompression ...

Trying to live my life despite of PN
I was wondering if anyone here had bad urgency/frequency problem along with pain? And if surgery got rid this problem? Also, I'd like to know if anyone became pregnant with this condition (especially urgency) and how did you get thru it? I always dreamed of having a family but now everything seems t...

You can read my story here: http://pudendalhope.org/node/65 Symptoms went to a minor ache in the right vaginal wall, then persistent genital arousal syndrome and full-blown PNE pain with burning internally and extern...

Re: Looking for the best doctor for a possible surgery.
I wonder if a new doctor would want me to go trhu those again. I hope not. I think some of the PN docs would only make you go through one again, not the whole series. There are some that might not require anymore nerve blocks. I know Dr. Bautrant did not require anymore -- he accepted all of the on...
