Re: Treating Pelvic Pain - PT or Chiro

Thanks for the reply. I have decided to pursue Chiro first, then Physical Therapy (DPT). I also need to get my bachelors first, so may go with Human Physiology. Not sure.

Treating Pelvic Pain - PT or Chiro

Thanks for any responses I can get. I wanted to further my education and become a chiropractor. I also want to help treat other people that have pelvic pain and pudendal issues. So then I am leaning towards a degree in Physical Therapy. There is very limited help in Oregon, so I know I can help loca...

Re: Appealing Workers Comp Denial Help

No problem Redz. I am one of the very lucky ones in that my pain is minimal as long as I use preventative care and the gabapentin I am on got rid of alot of the orgasm pain, tingling and pain. As long as I don't stand for excessive amounts of time I can keep my muscles from spasming or cramping. I a...

Re: Appealing Workers Comp Denial Help

Hi Redz. I have another post in this forum I did yesterday with all the details, but basically I never had any issues and had always worked standing a majority of the day. I began a data entry job sitting for a couple hours then running errands, etc. So I was up and down all day. Then my job changed...

Workers Compensation covered my PNE

I have a thread already that describes my situation. I began a new job that required prolonged sitting, 8 hours per day non stop then increasing to 10 hours plus per day. The chair I had was inadequate, poorly padded and not correct for my height and desk height. After the initial soreness, the full...

Dr Weiss Insurance - Evaluation Costs?

I am wanting to be seen by Doctor Weiss.

They are closed when I tried to call.

Does anyone know what insurance they take and/or how much the initial 1 hour evaluation costs? I could use an expert second opinion.

Re: Hip joint and ligaments/ piriformis/ SIJD?

Feeling better now. Well the tight ligament thing is what I was wondering about most. Didn't know if that tight feeling there might be something someone else had felt. My hips have always been tight and my left hip has always popped like that since high school. I thought maybe it was IT band syndrom...

Hip joint and ligaments/ piriformis/ SIJD?

For quite a while I have had tight hips, never much flexability at all. My left hip has always been tighter than the right as well. When I squat down my left hip will "pop" occasionally, but the right never has. It feels like when I pop my back or knuckles, but is more powerful. My first s...
