Health Organization for Pudendal Education

It hurts to lay on my backside ever since a chiropracter exxacerbated my pnp two months ago and it really sucks.
I have TMJ so laying on my front and both sides flare it up. I can't float in middair..so..I just lay on my back and deal with it.

Still feeling rough. I hope this is 'just' a 'flare up.'...2 weeks now since the crunching.

But, I've been in situations like this before and have always bounced back!

Thank you for taking the time for the valueable advice. I had my 2nd treatment couple days ago and I am in horrible pain! Cancelling all appointments with this jerk. Well....live & learn, as they say. I gave it a whirl and regretting it! But hopefully the nerve will bounce back if I take it easy...

Thanks a bunch for your advice guys. I'll ask him if he can simmer it down a little and I might go to my 3rd treatment. If he has some protocol he has to go with which requires aggressive 'crunching'...then I'll just stop seeing him.
