Hi Amanda thank you for your concern, I finally told my parents who were very supportive and my mum took me to the hospital who gave me cocodamol and a gel called instillagel. It helped a bit with pain but shes booking an appointment with a specialist who will hopefully be able to help me.

I will get round to telling them this week and hopefully I can get a referal from my Gp who is on holiday at the minute so I have to wait. I developed it when I woke up and am unsure of the cause. It began as tingling and orgasm feeling which I couldn't explain to anyone and urge to pee a lot more frequently and into the second and third month it's turned to stabbing, throbbing pain which is very sore and gets worse during the evening....
