Hi - I read your post with interest. You mentioned that you were diagnosed with an immune mediated neuropathy. Would you mind explaining how this was diagnosed and what kind of neuropathy the doctors speculated you may have?

Just to let anybody who is interested in the UK know - there is now a 3T MRI machine at the the UCLH (University College London Hospital) in Euston/Warren Street, London. Good question - I have also have no symptons squatting and also relaxed. Also trying to work out what the exact problem is. Have no firm diagnosis despite multiple in depth investigation. Hey nyt - thanks for your thread but maybe I wasn't clear. I was 80pc sure the inferior cluneal nerve block did nought/nothing. Wasn't sure about the Ischial Spine one, too. Partly cos physio helped me temporarily for three days in the run up to the block. So couldn't real get my pudendal symptons g...

Oh - and I forgot to mention - I seem to have a highly unusual sympton related to Pudendal pain. Often when I break wind it reproduces the tingling sensation at the back of testicles/perineum.
