that is really cool. I see a lot of people riding those around where I live. I developed PN on a recumbent bike but it was the health club model, not nearly as reclined. I can imagine that one just might work for a lot of folks- for me, I'm gonna still stay vertical but I sure see the temptation. Ha...

Faith, that internal ice pack method sounds great to me. I've heard of using condoms that have been frozen but not what was suggested to you. I've also just filled a narrow water bottle and just placed that on the perineum as a method too but I like what your pt suggested
