I’m not sure if he does surgery to release the nerve if there is an issue (given the numbness has not improved at all 4 months in), but I’ll be sure to discuss it with him. Ah the referral was a dud. It was to a urologist who really didn’t know. They knew nothing about this condition at all. At the moment I’m stuck with Pelvic floor physio. And the sensation hasn’t returned at all at 3.5 months. There’s a lot to be learnt in regards to this nerve.

Neurologist today diagnosed me with pudendal neuralgia. Is referring me to a clinic here for it.
He thinks it’s related directly to the injury, and has ruled out neurological cause.

Any men recovered from this with penile numbness?
