Does anyone know what Hibner's costs (before any ins. reimbursement) for decompression surgery have been since he stopped taking insurance?

I don't want to drain my life-savings for a surgery that might not work and may even make thinks worse. haha

It seems like we keep losing surgeons. Wasn't there a guy in Houston, Dr Ansell, that stopped doing surgeries?

I haven't seen him yet but I was concerned because of something I heard him say.

Did Dr. Hibner make you go through a round of PT? I've been through several rounds and I don't see the point of doing a round through a PT that he is in contact with.

Has anyone seen both Dr. Hibner and Dr. Conway to see if they gave different advice or had different approaches?
