Thanks Violet It is hard to say if the nerve block made my sitting pain go away or it was the chiropractor or my inactivity but I do not have any sitting pain currently. I had my pudendal nerve block. At the time I had it my sitting pain was not bad and my penal pain was constant. After the block I had no penal pain and no sitting pain. After about two hours I got a fairly high sitting pain and about the same penal pain. After about a week the sitting pain was gone....

I should have said physical therapy helped some but then the pain took off.

Hi Violet, The physical therapy has not worked. The sleep deprivation does not help. I got my best sleep right after the prostatectomy when I had the catheter in me for seven days sleeping through the night.
